Feb 25: Dr. Michael Factor writes about a case being brought by the State of Israel against Omrix, an Israeli high tech company that has been purchased by Johnson & Johnson. The article first appeared in the JMB, Factor & Co. newsletter in January and now appears in the Hebrew business daily כלכליסט. The case involves potentional misappropriation of state property.

May 06: A seminar on the economic aspects of IP was hosted by JMB, Fa©tor & Co. at the Ono Academic College Law School.
