- If the PCT application is not in English, a translation and verification of the translation.

- Details of any requested amendments to claims and / or specification including new material to be added.

- An original signed power of attorney. No legalization or notarization is required.
- A copy of the International Search Report (ISR).
- A copy of the International Preliminary Examination Report (IPER) if available.
- A copy of the document verifying a change of name of the applicant if the change occurred after the international filing date.
- A copy of any assignment documents if there has been a change in the applicant after the international filing date of the PCT.

To effect a filing, the minimum requirements are the PCT application as filed or even the front page of the PCT publication, details of applicant and filing fee. However, late filing of other documents will generally cause additional service charges and in some cases, official late fees are incurred.
English is one of the three official languages of the Israel Patent Office. Both preparation time and cost are reduced since documents submitted in English do not require translation into Hebrew.
