Dr. Treitel was born in New York. He is both a US Patent Agent and an Israel Patent Attorney. Treitel drafts and prosecutes patent applications in a wide range of fields including chemistry, optics, material science, medical devices and mechanics.

Treitel received his Ph.D. in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology Cal Tech) and entered the IP field after an extensive career in industry, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm.
