Jeremy Ben-David, the Managing Partner of JMB, Fa©tor & Co., is an engineer by training. The Physics and Engineering Department is directed by Dr. Michael Factor, Partner of
JMB, Fa©tor & Co., and the Trademark Department is headed by Aharon Factor, an attorney-at-law.

Three of our patent attorneys are also licensed by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO): Dr. Irving Treitel (Chemistry), Yaakov Schatz (Computing and Electrical Engineering) and Dodiva Grant (Biology) who is also an attorney-at-law.

The professional staff also includes Israel Patent Attorney Shimon Shalit, a former Israel Patent Examiner and a leading expert on procedural matters.

The firm has a particularly active Trademark Department, headed by Aharon Factor who specializes in prosecution in Israel and Dodiva Grant who specialized in trademark prosecution in the US before moving to Israel.
